At the product planning stage, based on the basic product definition (what value will the product provide), market positioning and launch time, as well as related data of competitive/existing products provided by the customer, we will clarify the product definition (specific customer groups, specific problems to be solved or detailed gains provided) through necessary market surveys/data collection and analysis of customer pain points. We will feed back the customer value that the product can provide into the advice on cost setting and price target in quantitative (money/time, etc.) or qualitative (emotional value, etc.) form, which will be eventually submitted to our customer as a product plan.

At the preliminary design stage, we will enter the specific design discussion stage according to the requirements of the product plan (exterior industrial design that fits product positioning and concept, selection of technology roadmap required to achieve relevant quality objectives, and investigation of intellectual property risks, and completion of preliminary composition design), and eventually submit the exterior concept map/preliminary composition exploded drawing/quality-function binary chart to our customer as results.

At the technical R&D stage, based on the new technology principle/draft provided by the customer, or the quality/functional goals that the customer wishes to achieve, we will make this new technology mature and stable through system design (technical feasibility verification) and parameter design (optimization of design parameters). We will also submit the overall technical R&D results (drawings/parameters/verification results and other technical data) to our customer, and help the customer apply for the new technology patent and other intellectual property protection tasks according to customer needs.

At the engineering verification stage, based on various drawings/BOM/software codes completed at the detailed design stage, we will make, assemble and evaluate the prototype through the trial production of handmade parts, aiming to achieve the mass production of mature product. Besides, we will conduct the necessary functional evaluation of the prototype from the development viewpoint, and carry out the quality evaluation from the user viewpoint. We will feed back problems extracted from the whole process to the correction of mass production drawings and software codes, and improve the assembly reference book and quality control criteria for the mass production project. We can also help the customer complete various specifications certifications as required.

At the cost reduction and iteration stage, based on the drawings from mass production and the original design thinking, we will improve the product design at proper time in accordance with production/market problems and requirements for improvement, and can also update the cost reduction design scheme into the iterative product.
